After carefully reading and accepting the terms of participation, and filling out the pre-registration form, you can pre-register for the Los Amigos Tango Marathon.
You will receive an automatic email after your pre-registration process. In this email, you will see the bank account information to be used for the payment to complete your final registration for the marathon. When you pay, your registration will be completed. Pre-registration does not mean to register for the marathon for sure.
If you can’t see it in your mailbox, please check your spam folder. If there is no incoming mail there either, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. In this case, please, fill out the pre-registration form again.
Our marathon will start at 9pm on Thursday, February 1th; and will end at 3am on Monday, February 4th.
Only Thursday and Sunday evenings will be open to participation for those who are not registered for the marathon. Our guests who have not registered for the marathon can enter by buying tickets at the door.
The marathon package covers all days, those who buy a marathon package do not pay extra fees for Thursday and Sunday. All milongas will be held at Los Amigos Istanbul studio.
Tea, coffee, water, soup and snacks will be served free of charge during the marathon (except Thursday and Sunday evenings).
The maximum number of participants is determined to be 150 people. It is given priority that the number of male and female dancers is balanced by an equal number.
We ask you to fill in the Facebook/Instagram information on the form so that we can get to know you better.
If the approved and paid entries are canceled by the participant, no refund will be made. The approved participation right cannot be transferred.
If you want to register for as a couple, your partner must also fill out a separate pre-registration form and it must be approved. The forms of participants whose partner has not registered or whose partner’s pre-registration has been rejected will be reviewed again and if necessary, the approval will be canceled for the marathon’s best interest.
The full pass fee for the Los Amigos Tango Marathon is 100€.
Dear tango lovers/amigos, our quota has been filled for the female participants who want to register for our marathon. Our registrations for men and couples are still ongoing.
